Expected salary range of $120,600 - $134,000 per year based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401K.PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Maintain the overall responsibility for the FIN Team and the FIN Team's work to insure that the plant is maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner, in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable codes and standards. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESSupervises and provides guidance and direction to FIN Team Planner, and work crews. (45%)Responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to the FIN Team. (25%)Informs and consults the Work Week Manager, Shift Supervisors, and Field Supervisors on significant problems and to facilitate operations support, when required. (20%)Approves return of work via the Work Week Management process that could not be accomplished by the FIN Team. (5%)Conducts annual reviews of the FIN Team and reviews work order backlog. (5%) JOB SCOPEProvide technical and administrative direction/guidance to the FIN Team Planner and work crews. Interface with all levels of station management and Exelon Nuclear.Actively participate in daily crew briefing with team members and provide the operating shift with work information.Maintain the overall responsibility for the FIN Team.
